There’s a possibility you have heard the serenity prayer in the past. It is used as a collective prayer in certain religions as well as people navigating through sobriety. My last podcast episode, “On the Road Ramblings: You Can Do Good Things” was a short reflection about the current uncertainty and potential fear. Today, I decided to dig a bit deeper with you. Let’s dig together using this well known prayer in hope that we can internally have peace today.

We need to learn to accept the things we cannot change:

  • Lack of leisure travel
  • 245,000 mourning families
  • Lack of fine dining
  • Minimal amount of family time
  • Negativity and anger in the country

Courage to change the things I can:

  • My attitude
  • Laziness
  • Finish home projects
  • New pup’s potty skills
  • Unhealthy eating habits

And the wisdom to know the difference:
